  • NEW MEDICATION FORM REQUIREMENT

Starting this school year, it is now mandatory for all medications, including over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol and Benadryl, to have a PPA signed by a physician before the nurse can give the medication at school. Please have the PPA completed and signed prior to bringing any medication to school. Contact CHS Nurse, Tosha Maxwell, or system nurse, Tonia Klyce, for any questions. Thank you!
