Hello, my name is Richard Rushing.  I attended Itawamba Junior College and transferred to Mississippi State University.  I graduated in December 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  I am certified in Special Education 7-12 grades and completed this at Arkansas State University.  I enjoy being on the farm, traveling, and attending ballgames at Mississippi State University.
